Chris’ Director of Assessments is Dana McGarry. Dana works behind the scenes administering client surveys, generating customized reports for executive teams and leaders, and more. In addition, Dana manages social media posts, spreading the word about Chris and Mark’s Amazon bestselling book, Good Comes First.

Dana also loves spending time in Colorado’s beautiful wilderness. She is an herbalist, an artist, and an aspiring gardener.

Chris' executive assistant is Beth Beutler. Beth helps keep Chris organized and sane!

Beth is an Executive Virtual Assistant with over 30 years of experience in all things office administration and now helps overwhelmed professionals excel and exhale through her own business, H.O.P.E. Unlimited, providing virtual assistance, strategies, and encouragement to her members.

Beth is also an author, resource creator, and long-time blogger at BethBeutler.com. An eclectic hobbyist, Beth enjoys a variety of activities including faith-based pursuits, bowling, traveling, dabbling in the arts, lifelong learning and spending time with her husband of over 30 years and their adult son.

Ann has over 20 years experience leading high performing teams in one of the nation's largest nonprofits. In addition, Ann has served as a consultant with the Ken Blanchard Companies for over 20 years.

Ann has helped senior leaders in organizations and industries around the globe improve their leadership and influencing effectiveness. Ann serves as an adjunct professor for Brandman University in their organizational leadership program.
